About Sri Ram Junior College Kashinagar Gajapati
Sri Ram (Junior College), Kashinagar (Gajapati Dist.) was established in 1989. The foundation of the college was started by the MLA Trinath Sahu and Late Raghunath Sahu (Asst-Director of statistical Dept., Bhubaneswar). Since then the college is functioning. The college received Grant-in Aid in 01.06.1994. The college has Arts, Science and Vocational courses. The college is famous for it good results. The college lies in the border of Andhra Pradesh and Kashinagar is a backward area. This college has Arts subjects like English, M.I.L(O/T) , History, Pol. Science, Economics, IR & PM and Optional(O/T) and Science subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Mats. The Vocational College consists of two trades-computer Technique and Dairy farming. This is the only college in the Block. Many tribal students come to get education here
