Established in 1994 as Narayan Birabar Samanta Mahabidyalaya, Jhimani in the district of Jagatsinghpur & strives hard for excellence in its way to fulfil its goal & mission since then.This college has also been functioning under the private management since 1994. It has not been received any grant from the Govt., but has been enlisted to receive grants as per the GIA order 2008. the college has been functioning well under the management & it has its own recorded of achievement maintaining more then 70% in average in the Examination conducted by CHSE (Odisha) BBSR. The institution is fully committed to its aims & goal & taking good care of students.
