The college began functioning primarily as on Arts college with provisions for teaching +2 Arts Course for which permission, recognition and affiliation was granted by Govt. of Odisha & C.H.S.E. for the session (1997-98) there were only 64 students with four (4) optional subjects His. Pol. Eco. & Logic. Stepping into the sixteen (16) year the college looks forward to develop the Adibasi & Harizana people to reduce poverty, Self Employment, Self Reliance & Spread Education.
