The dawn of the education awareness in Higher Education ushered in the horizon of Birbira a cultured & beautiful area in the District of Sundargarh by swearing the opening of the college in the name of Sabitri Gopal Panchayat College Birbira by showing the provision of Intermediate of Arts.
During 2010-2011 the college received permission from Govt. of Orissa in Arts with 128 seats each in History, Education, Political Science, Economics and Oriya. It also get recognition From Govt. of Odisha. The all round development of the college is the be all and end all of the students, staff and the local people.
Theme of our college is to "open the world of knowledge for our dear students and to provide all possible access to achieve success". Established in 2010, this college has been catering knowledge & wisdom, spreading the light of education and opening the path to success by developing personality of our dearest students.
