The inception of the college was made in the year 1984, but due to some local problem it accorded government permission and CHSE affiliation in the year 1989. Since then the college is working as a beacon bearer in the field of +2 education in this tribal area. Further this institution was able to gate Government permission and CHSE affiliation in the year 1998 for +2 Science stream. Now the Institution has well furnished infrastructure facilities including class room, Common Room and Toilet both for staffs and Students. With a large playground on its back side. Area of the college is being circumvented by a large boundary wall in its all side. It is a also equipped by a sophisticated library and laboratory for both staff and Students. A Computer lab is situated in the college campus for teaching student and staff.
