The College namely P.S college Suguda was established by the local people in the year 1994. The college got opening permission in both +2 Ars & Science But only opened +2 Arts Stream having subject of M.I.L. (odia), English as compulsory subjects with 128 seats & History , Pol. Sc., Economics, Education (64), Sociology (64) as optional Subjects. It is located 14 Kms away from Deogarh Town & it is blessed with the patronage of local Godess Maa Rambha Debi.
The college was under private management since 1994 & was taken over by the DHE Odisha in the year 2011 vide notification No -17664/ HE date 06/ 05/2011 & Govt Letter N0- 17670 Date- 06/05/2011 as per G.I.A Order 2008 in shape of 40 per cent Block Grant.
