The college was established in the year 1999 as Govindpur (Junior) womens college, Govindpur in the district of Cuttack ,Orissa recognised by the Govt. in the Dept. of Higher Education and Affiliated to CHSE, Odisha. It is a disciplined college in Rural area which has been functioning to achieve meticulously its goal.The college has streams like Arts and 64 students strength.
