Ghumsur (Junior) Residential College (GRC) is the second venture of SCET (Shree Computer Engineering & Technology) established in 2009 and the only residential college in the radius of 80K.M of Bhanjanagar, Ganjam located at Shree Bihar, beside the Phulbani road. It is surrounded by flora and fauna and commands an eye pleasing sight of sylvan beauty. The century old "Russelkonda Reservoir" is in front of the college which steals the hearts of lovers of Nature. The academic ambience is quite congenial and the environment is eco-friendly.It has obtained permission from Govt. Of Odisha vide office order no. III-RDE (P/R) 16/2009-2547 with 128 seats in +2 Science.
