About Baba Bhairabananda  College

Baba Bhairabandnda Mahvidyalaya at Chandikhole, jajapur Orissa was established in 1976, named after a saint  and located in a scenic amblence on the foot of mount Barunabana, away from the din and bustle of market area and being so close to chandi and Mahavinayak temple it provides an ideal academic atmosphere for over three decades. Chandikhole is the inter section of NH-5 And NH-200 where from roads lead to Bhubaneswar, Paradip, Balasore and Daitary.    

     In 1977-78 the college was affiliated to Utkal University for old I.A. and subsequently for I.Com and I.Sc in 1979 and 1982 respectively. Presently it is permanently affiliated to the Utkal University for +3 Degree Course in Arts, Science, Commerce. The college organizes seminars, symposia, holds special feed back classes, conducts practical classes and half-yearly examinations, displays wall-magazine, News bulletins and other Co-curricular activities

This Institution has well-furnished rooms, Toilets for the staff & Students. There is well-planned water supply system. The college is surrounded by green forestation which creates a peaceful & beautiful environment conducive for study. College provides good, well-equipped sophisticated library & Laboratory for the students.
