Akhandalamani college was established in the year 1982 by the indomitable will power of the poor and down trodden people of this locality headed by Ex-MLA Hrudananda Mallick and Bansidhar Khatua founder Secretary.Akhandalamani College
Under one shed, one Campus building structure and infrastructure all the staff members (both teaching & non-teaching) here working jointly in the purpose of teaching, examination, valuation till 25-07-2003. but now the college imparts teaching facilities in +2 Arts, Sci & Commerce. The College also imparts +2 vocational teaching from the session 2003-2004. The college come into G.I.A fold w.e.f 01-06-1994 vide Govt. notification No. 154 dt. 15.03.97. as it is a rural based college, the main objective of the poor down trodden students & to achieve a berth in the national & state main stream.
